Technical Approval (Pertek), is approval from the Central Government or Regional Government in the form of provisions regarding environmental protection and management standards.
Operational Feasibility Certificate (SLO) is a letter containing a statement of compliance with Environmental Protection and Management Standards for businesses and/or activities in accordance with statutory regulations. (Article 1 number 94 PP Number 22 of 2021)
